Wondering if this is the right fit?
Support before the breaking point.
Most clients are high-functioning and tired of holding everything together alone.
You’re not falling apart. You’re still showing up, delivering and performing. But internally, something feels off. Your mind doesn’t switch off, especially at night. You feel wired, reactive or flat. You push through, crash, feel guilty and push again. Most of the people I work with are high-functioning but tired of holding everything together alone.
With the right support, many people begin to notice a quieter mind, more mental space, reduced reactivity, better sleep and recovery, more clarity in decision-making and a greater sense of steadiness day to day. Progress looks different for everyone, but the focus is always sustainable change.
This isn’t only about managing symptoms. It’s about understanding and changing the patterns underneath them: anxiety and overactivation; burnout and chronic stress; perfectionism and over-control; trauma and past experiences; mood and emotional regulation.
My approach is structured, evidence-based and practical so change shows up outside the therapy room. Approaches may include EMDR, Schema Therapy, ACT and DBT. Treatment is tailored to your goals, history and what your system can hold.
Psychology is the right place to start when stress or anxiety is affecting sleep, mood or daily functioning; you’re experiencing panic, shutdown, overwhelm or numbness; burnout cycles repeat; past experiences shape current reactions; or you feel stuck in patterns you can’t shift alone. If your focus is primarily performance and leadership without significant symptoms, coaching may fit better.
Evidence-based and tailored
You don’t have to do this alone.
You don’t need to wait until things fall apart. If something on this page resonates, that’s enough.

Know what the pathway involves.
A psychologist is a registered health professional who helps you understand and work through what’s affecting your mental health—anxiety, burnout, low mood, stress, sleep, relationship difficulties, or the sense that you’re holding it together outside while struggling underneath. At LvlUp, evidence-based approaches include Schema Therapy and EMDR, with the realities of a high-pressure life understood throughout.
Psychology is a regulated health service delivered by an AHPRA-registered psychologist and can address mental health concerns such as anxiety or burnout. Performance coaching is a non-clinical service focused on patterns, skills and capacity. LvlUp keeps the pathways strictly separate.

No. Many people come to psychology while still functioning well by every external measure and carrying anxiety, exhaustion or pressure that isn’t easing on its own. Support is appropriate whether things have become acute or you’d simply rather address something now than later.
